Employees scoop up first qualification of its kind

Chris Broome, Adam Clarke, Daniel Sheldon and Paul Webster were presented with their awards at the Hire Association Europe’s Head Office in Birmingham by July Lowe, Deputy Chair at Construction Skills. They are also only 4 of 2000 students to achieve this NVQ Level 2 accreditation.

The On Site Assessment and Training Programme (OSAT) for Hire and Rental Operations to NVQ Level 2 qualification allows an employee to gain this qualification without having to leave the workplace through on site assessments carried out to prove competency in their role at work.

Carl Tidey, Director & General Manager, commented that, ‘’I am extremely proud that four members of the Total Hire team have taken part in this ground breaking qualification. Training is of great importance in this industry for all staff and something, we, at Total Hire support whole heartedly.”
