It depends on the item, but we have a range of flexible hire terms from starting from one day, one weekend or one week through to short, medium and long-term hire arrangements.
Some items such as site accommodation and fencing have a minimum four week hire period.
It is up to you. Equipment hire can be up to 12 months or longer depending on the project and the item on hire.
Yes, we can offer local and nationwide delivery.

For cash hire customers we take a deposit dependent on the equipment value.
Our Total Hire and Sales trade account is simple to sign up to and you will receive a same day decision. Fill out our trade account form, for special deals for trade account holders and a member of our team will get in touch with you.
If you are a trade account holder, you will not need to bring any identification, just your account name, number and a purchase order number.
If you are hiring tools and equipment without a trade account, you will need to provide three forms identification, two photo IDs and one with your current address. This could be a valid passport or current driving licence and a recent utility bill.
We request that you return the items in the condition in which they were hired to you.
If excessive cleaning or repair is required, our team reserves the right to apply additional charges to cover costs incurred.

We have a range of stock in our depots, so can usually be fairly flexible. However, we recommend booking as early as possible to secure the exact tools or equipment you need, particularly at peak seasons.

We offer a full delivery and collection services. Cost of delivery is calculated based on location.
One of our friendly experts will provide a full demonstration with every tool or piece of equipment we hire. All equipment comes with full safety instruction documentation.
Some of our equipment comes with specialist safety items. We recommend PPE should be used with all your hire equipment. All our depots stock a range of PPE if there is anything else you need, ask a member of the team.

Payment is required on hire of item. Payment methods accepted by debit and credit card, bank transfer BACS payment or invoiced through a trade account.
