Getting to know… Andy Slater, Depot Manager
Andy Slater explains why exceeding customer expectations is a big part of his job as Depot Manager at Total Hire and Sales.
Andy has been with Total Hire and Sales for 17 years and is based at the Huthwaite site. Before joining the firm as Depot Manager, he was a Fitter at another tool hire company.
His primary day-to-day responsibilities include managing the depot and its team, but he is also focused on delivering a top-notch service and exceeding customer expectations.
As a hard-working and caring team member, Andy enjoys everything about the role and finds working with Total Hire and Sales a rewarding experience. In Andy’s words, as a family-run business, the company is ‘big enough to cope and small enough to care’.
When he isn’t at work, Andy enjoys relaxing at home.
