Getting to know… Coral Williams, Site Accommodation Hire Controller
Coral Williams, Site Accommodation Hire Controller at Total Hire and Sales, is responsible for managing site accommodation hire. She talks to us about the variety of the job and what she enjoys about working with the team.
Coral has been with Total Hire and Sales for six years, based at our site accommodation depot in Little Eaton. Before joining the team, she was in a similar customer-facing job as a supermarket Checkout Operator.
In her role, Coral is responsible for booking everything customers need to set up a site, including welfare facilities, portable toilets, cabins and tanks. Coral also keeps the manual daybook up-to-date, ensuring it matches up with the online system and oversees hiring contracts.
Coral likes that every day is different and enjoys the satisfaction of managing the service bookings and keeping the admin up to date. Working as a team and feeling a valued member of a family business that takes pride in its service and employees is a job highlight.
Coral considers herself a friendly, bubbly and talkative team member who likes to help others.
When she isn’t at work, Coral’s two children take up a lot of her spare time, but she loves being together as a family and crafting.
