Getting to know… Rachal Statham, Credit Controller
Rachal Statham, Credit Controller at Total Hire and Sales, helps ensure that all our payments flow smoothly. We grabbed her for a chat about her role in the business and what she enjoys doing in her spare time.
Rachal joined Total Hire and Sales eight years ago as Credit Controller and is based at our Little Eaton depot. Before joining the firm, she was a Personal Assistant and Credit Controller, experience which stands her in good stead for working within our busy accounts department.
Her primary responsibility is ensuring we receive payments on time and that any late payments are chased up. She also fulfils various other financial duties over the course of her working week.
An amiable and approachable team member, Rachal likes working within our friendly team.
When she isn’t at work, she loves walking in the countryside with her dog, taking in a few pub pitstops along the way!
