Every time a piece of equipment is hired out, it goes through a thorough review process to guarantee its safety and ensure it is fully operational. Each item has its own unique fleet number, which records its full history, including maintenance and safety checks. Before it leaves our depot, our equipment will have completed a comprehensive checklist in addition to a visual inspection, polish and clean.
Once returned to us, these items are again cleaned, sanitised, repaired (if required) and fully serviced. It’s a constant rotation that ensures our equipment is in perfect working order for the next customer.
For clients that hire our kit on a long-term basis, our team of experts will also make regular site visits to service equipment, and we’re always on call for maintenance issues to ensure a seamless service.
