We’re on the lookout for a highly motivated, disciplined and detail-oriented Site Accommodation Depot Manager to lead our Site Accommodation depot in Little Eaton.
This is a pivotal role for someone who is not only reliable and experienced but also brings a strong health, safety and quality culture to the table. We want someone with the drive to lead, the focus to manage efficiently and the initiative to constantly improve.
What You’ll Be Doing:
🏗️ Taking full responsibility for our dedicated Site Accommodation branch
🚧 Managing a wide range of facilities including site cabins, canteens, portacabins, and welfare units
😊 Ensuring everything is in place for customers to run their sites smoothly, safely, and efficiently
🚛 Coordinating with our in-house transport team to provide nationwide delivery, ensuring exceptional service every step of the way
🦺 Maintaining high standards of safety, quality, and operational efficiency on every project
What We’re Looking For:
✅ Experience in site accommodation hire industry is preferable but not essential
✅ A background that shows attention to detail, discipline and self-motivation
✅ Someone who champions health, safety and quality best practices
✅ A proactive communicator and dependable leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment
✅ A UK driving licence is not essential
