Plasterboard lifter/hoist

The Plasterboard Lifter, also known as a panel lifter or plasterboard hoist, allows you to effortlessly move, position and fix plasterboards, and other materials, into place.

Available to hire from total Hire and Sales, the plasterboard lifter, makes lifting and installing ceiling panels and boards much easier and quicker, as well as making it a far safer process.

This Plasterboard Lifter can steadily and safely raise boards up to ceiling height, holding them firmly in any position.

An extremely practical piece of equipment, it is ideal for general handymen and those in the construction and building industries.

The panel hoist can be operated by just one person and can lift materials weighing up to 65kg, up to a height of 3.5m.

It has a wheeled tripod base so you can manoeuvre it with ease, and locking castors to keep the lifter in place.

It can also fit easily into most standard size car boots, allowing you to transport this piece of equipment without any hassle.

When using this Plasterboard Lifter, it’s important that you wear suitable personal protective equipment. It is recommended that you wear eye protection, ear protection, hard-wearing gloves and safety footwear.

Hire Terms

  1. The agreed period of hire commences on the date the equipment leaves our yard and ceases the day it has been returned, unless other arrangements have been made.
  2. All prices are subject to VAT at current rates. All hire rates shown are exclusive of VAT.
  3. A deposit of £75.00 will be required on small equipment and £500.00 on large plant and access equipment. Larger deposits may be required on larger items.
  4. Two forms of identity will be required to hire equipment for no account customers. One form of ID with current address i.e. utility bill within the last 3 months and one form of photographic ID i.e. driving license or passport.
  5. All equipment is supplied to the hirer in good order. The hirer will be charged with any damage other than fair wear and tear, and the cost of replacement in the event of loss.
  6. Under no circumstances must the hirer try to repair or adjust the equipment. Please contact the issuing depot in the first instance.
