What happens at Total Hire and Sales Huthwaite?
Huthwaite is one of our original depots and has a proud reputation for providing local customers with plant and tool hire equipment, specialist lifting/handling equipment and site survey division.
The branch stocks a full range of equipment for both construction professionals and Do it Yourself (DIY) customers. Our friendly team are always on hand to advise and use their expert knowledge to assist you with your requirements to ensure you have the right tool for your jobs.
What can you hire from Huthwaite?
Everything! We can support light to medium and DIY jobs, but we specialise in equipment hire for bigger projects. We have a range of high-quality, specifically calibrated instruments to accurately survey construction sites and building jobs. Our portfolio of construction industry site surveying instruments and safety equipment helps to investigate and assess sites safely.
We also have a comprehensive range of accessories, tools and equipment for hire and sale to assist with lifting and handing various materials. Our hoists, flat-bed trucks, sack trolleys, anchors and lifters are designed to make lifting, carrying and movement of heavy objects safer and more efficient.
Finally, if it’s powered access you need, we can also help there. Whether it’s an articulated boom, scissor lift or a push around vertical, we’ve got you covered!

Most of our customers are in trades, but everyone is welcome.

When is Huthwaite open?
Total Hire and Sales Huthwaite Depot is open from Monday to Friday 7am to 5pm, except Bank Holidays.
Does Huthwaite offer collection and delivery?
Yes. You can book your hire in person or over the phone and either collect and return in person or arrange for our team to deliver it and collect it at a time to suit you.
