We’re Hiring – Power Generation Fitter, Derby
Due to expansion of our newly set up Generator hire operations, Total Hire & Sales is looking for an experienced power generation fitter to join our dynamic team.
We’re on the lookout for a hands-on, self-starter to support with the ongoing upkeep of our power generation equipment based at our Victory Road depot, Derby to help support our fleet of plant, tools, vehicles and site accommodation equipment.

𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝘆𝗼𝘂’𝗹𝗹 𝗯𝗲 𝗱𝗼𝗶𝗻𝗴:
• Joining our motivated and hard working team of fitters & engineers
• Overseeing repairs, servicing & inspections
• Managing a varied workload ensuring compliance & safety
• Helping keep the hire fleet in top condition and ready for hire both depot and on site
𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝘄𝗲’𝗿𝗲 𝗹𝗼𝗼𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗳𝗼𝗿:
• Proven experience in a senior generator fitter role, ideally also including large plant and Powered Access knowledge
• Strong technical knowledge & leadership skills
• Organised, proactive and safety-focused
• Someone who wants to develop and grow with the business
