Our business offers a number of apprenticeship opportunities to learn a range from skills including electrics, engineering, mechanics, customer service, business management, accounts and administration. We encourage apprenticeships into the hire industry and have some team members that are now in senior operations and management roles, who started with us on an apprenticeship scheme after leaving school at 16.

What happens after completion?
Once qualified, apprentices are often kept on with Total Hire and Sales if they want to continue in the role or apply for different opportunities in the business.
Many of the apprentices we have trained at Total Hire have gone onto work with our business as Hire Controllers, Operations Managers, Powered Access Engineers.
