We’re on the lookout for a hands-on leader to take charge of our busy Derby Central Workshop, overseeing our fleet of plant, tools, vehicles and site accommodation equipment.

🛠️ 𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝘆𝗼𝘂’𝗹𝗹 𝗯𝗲 𝗱𝗼𝗶𝗻𝗴:
• Leading and motivating our team of fitters & engineers
• Overseeing repairs, servicing & inspections
• Managing workshop scheduling, compliance & safety
• Keeping the fleet in top condition and ready for hire
👀 𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝘄𝗲’𝗿𝗲 𝗹𝗼𝗼𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗳𝗼𝗿:
• Proven experience in a workshop management or senior fitter role
• Strong technical knowledge & leadership skills
• Organised, proactive and safety-focused
• Someone who wants to develop and grow with the business
